Denise Gerlach

Denise began her healthcare career working in administrative, marketing, provider relations, and physician liaison positions at managed care companies UnitedHealthcare of Tennessee and BlueCross BlueShield of Tennessee, before moving over to the provider side of healthcare as a contracting manager at Renal Care Group. “My experience working for managed care organizations gave me a broad understanding of how the healthcare system works,” Denise says, “but moving to the other side of the desk and working for the healthcare providers themselves gave me a completely different perspective.”


Most recently, Denise served as Director of Marketing and Business Development at Ambulatory Services of America, where she led a marketing program focused on in-market development and same store growth for outpatient radiation oncology and dialysis centers. She developed and executed marketing plans and physician relationship activities for 19 radiation oncology centers and 80 dialysis centers, until the company was sold in 2013.


At Radiation Business Solutions, Denise is responsible for the overall marketing strategy for not only the parent company, but also for our own cancer centers. “I love helping physicians to grow their practice and connecting them with the patients that need their services,” she says. Denise brings her passion for building relationships with physicians, patients, and communities to her work at RBS.
